Lowest Price Guarantee

We strive to bring you the lowest prices for our products when compared to leading national retailers. Our team regularly undertake price comparisons to ensure we can deliver on our lowest price promise. Should you find a cheaper quote for identical products with one of our competitors we are happy to beat that price.

What do I need to do?

In order to see if we can beat the price you have found please contact us by telephone on 1300 246 116 or by email at sales@inkdepot.com.au. Please provide details and a copy of your quote for the identical products you have found.

What products can be price matched?

We will price match for all products stocked on the Ink Depot website as long as they meet our terms and conditions of being identical products. The only exception is printers - we will make our best effort to match prices on printers but this may be difficult on the more expensive printers.

What products are excluded?

We are unable to price match products if they are:

• Clearance products with our competitors
• Are not held in stock by our competitor
• Products that are not identical to those stocked with Ink Depot
• Products that have different warranty periods
• Bundles of products that we do not sell, such as printer and ink package deals or ink cartridge bundles
• Products which are part of a cash back deal
• Products which have special coupon discounts

Price matching is provided to you at our discretion and on rare occasions we may not be able to match the price you have been quoted.

Can I price match against online stores?

We are happy to price match against other online stores but please be aware that we will also need to include any delivery costs and other fees and charges that will be applied to your quote at the payment checkout stage by the competitor. This will ensure that you are receiving an identical price match.
