I placed order on 9 Jan. @ 5pm. When I tracked the delivery, it showed it was delivered on 14 Jan. We had NOT received it. We allowed the parcel to be dropped behind a pot plant next to our front door if we weren't home. We checked all around our premises and did not find any parcel. I called the delivery company and told them we hadn't received the parcel. They were going to look into it and get back to me. Our next door neighbour brought the parcel to me later on 14 Jan. because it had been left at his front door. The delivery company called me on 15 Jan. and asked me if we received it yet. I told them it was delivered to the wrong address, that my neighbour gave it to us. The lady from the delivery company said she would mark it delivered and that was the end of our conversation. Both of our homes have very visible address numbers on our letter boxes, yet the delivery company delivered it to the wrong house. FIVE DAY DELIVERY AND TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Good supplier... been using their service for more years than I can recollect. Delivery is quick to my home in regional NSW. Only once had a 81N7 pack bundle that gave ne problems and notified iCartridge, returned the cartridges and they were replaced. iCartridge also sends me email notifications when my particular printer cartridge bundle is at a discount. I've saved hundreds of dollars over the years. Yep... I would, and have, recommended iCartridge to friends and colleagues. Carl

Great service - fast and efficient!

I recently purchased a Brother printer and confess my purchase decision was based on availability of compatible ink thru inkdepot. The ink sold by printer manufacturers boast lightfastness and archival permanence ratings intended for photo quality output, but for everyday office work on copy paper it makes no sense to use them. Replacing a full set of 6 or 8 ink cartridges using inkdepot inks has worked perfectly and saves an ENORMOUS amount of money. Thumbs up inkdepot!
