Dispatch was very rapid though notification of that was not forthcoming. Contacted Inkdepot to query delivery and they updated very quickly. Packaging was damaged upon delivery but goods were all intact. Just a weak point in packaging. Overall a good purchasing experience despite these few minor issues.

Decided to try compatibles due to cost of originals. So far very happy, colours are the same and no ink leakage. Minor problem with delivery - 1x wrong colour sent but received right one next day.
