Yes, I finally received my parcel but I had to chase it. The problem seems to be that if you work full time, the courier wants a signature. Next time, I will have it delivered to me at work. The parcel arrived because I contacted Ink Depot and then the courier. What an awful lot of work when I don't have the time because I work full time. I am thankful for receiving it but it created work for me because there is information on the ordering site that the courier will require a signature.
