Twice Now I have ordered what I thought was a twin pack of HP61 XL Black Cartridges, and have been surprised to receive a pack with Colour and Black cartridges and 6x4 picture papers. Something seems wrong or easily misunderstood with your advertising and listing of products. Buyer BEWARE!

Whilst product is excellent and your shipping fast I forgot that I had a problem with Toll last time I ordered. I was not at home on both occasions so Toll returned item to their depot. I rang, was asked to attach card to letterbox and 48 hours later I received my product. this type of delivery would work well for an office order but for me to have to be at home delays order.
