This is the first time I have used remanufactured 65xl as I have always used the geniune. I have been printing a lot of items for my voluntary work, so thought I would try the cheaper ink and I have as yet not noticed any difference

Just too many faulty cartridges - one per order in the last three orders. Cumbersome, time-consuming, expensive, complicated , slow, return process. Just not worth it. The couple of dollars extra to go to local store far outweighs the trouble experienced with this provider

The ordering was user friendly and I received the package within 5 working days. The courier left the package in the mail box although I have indicated for it to be left on the front porch. I like the fact that these ink cartridges are recycled but the quality is just as good.
