Service was good. Product was excellent. I was surprised at haw quickly it arrived.

Easy to order and great turnaround time. I received my delivery overnight!

Ordered in the weekend got part order in 2 days then had to phone 10 days later to get balance of order. Disappointing as order usually delivered 1-2 days after order - if ordered on week day

I ordered remanufactured ink but got compatible ink instead. The ink I received looks totally different with the picture on web.

We have used Ink depot over the last few years and found their service to be quick, efficient and of a very high standard. The staff are always available to help if you need to ask questions and our cartridges are always delivered within 1 or 2 days..

Fast delivery, on time, great product....esp. re-manufactured; great value...and they back their products and replace without question if there is an issue.

Ordered the products in the morning they arrived in the afternoon, brilliant.

Had nothing but issues of late. The HP5740 ink cartridges had to be replaced once. I have no faith the replacement will work when I need it. Since the latest batch of cartridges for my HP7740 were installed, it constantly fails to print in colour!! I have to constantly deep clean the cartridges so regular that there is no ink left for printing!!! Terribly disappointed in the iCartrdige products of late. I won't be buying again. Please advise how I can delete my account and/or do it for me (confirm via email). Thanks Wes

An excellent outline of issues to considerer regarding remanufactured v original cartridges. Unlike other generic brands - these work as well as the originals at a fraction of the price. Surprised by the speed of delivery - in all I strongly recommend the product and service
