While we do not ship directly to Papua New Guinea, we are able to send to freight forwarding companies which can re-ship the printer ink to you. Whether you are in Port Moresby, Lae, Popondetta, Mount Hagen or any other location, a freight forwarding company should be able to deliver to your location.


To get your printer cartridges, you will need to follow these two steps:

• Establish an account with a freight-forwarding company. If you're not sure who to look for, we suggest taking a look at http://www.ctfreight.com but you can use any that will provide you with an Australian delivery address.

• Place an order on our website. You will need to use the Australian delivery address which would have been given to you by the freight-forwarding company.
 

What about GST?

We do charge 10% GST on these orders but we can refund this amount back to you at a later date provided the following steps are followed:

• The freight forwarding company must send the Air waybill to our PO box address within 60 days of the payment being made for the order. You must initiate this with them as we do not deal with your freight forwarding company directly.

• The products being sent must not be opened or modified at any stage of the transit process before they are delivered to your location.

• We require a letter on official letterhead from your company, stating that no claims for a GST rebate will be made via the Tourist Refund Scheme in Australia for any order that you make directly through Alpine Wholesale and Distribution Pty Ltd T/A Ink Depot. You can word this letter so that it refers to 'All Future' orders.
