Seems all I want tho 1 paper jam in the week I have had it. Easily cleared. Ink tanks supplied with m/c xeem full siize Bit concerned at the statement that if you take an ink tank out before it tells you to it won.'t work even if you replace the tank and may require workshop attention

Ink Depot were extremely easy and efficient, ordered on Wed, delivered Friday! Purchased MB2760 to replace 4 yo MB2360 - was very happy with old model (just the heads had died) and wanted to be able to utilise stock of cartridges. Very simple to install and finding it prints much faster than old model.

Despite appearing like a large printer when we unboxed the MB5360 as soon as I put it in the space left by the previous "home grade" all in one printer it became evident that the new MB5360 has a relatively small footprint and it gave us some extra bench space as a bonus! I bought the printer for its fast printing, double sided scanning and economical ink system. So, that will be the basis of my review. Our small office needed a new networked printer/scanner. The MB5360's fast printing, double sided scanning and economical ink system were all important features for us. We scan all incoming paper documents for reading and archiving, so the single pass double sided scanning feature was a real catch for us after enduring many years worth of paper jams with the old printers double sided document feeder. The printer is connected to our network via hardwire Ethernet. We have no need to print directly from Laptops, tablets or mobiles, so Wi-Fi and mobile device connections are switched off. The first print job involves some very fine text, it's clear and easy to read… Good. The first page meets Canon's claim of being out in 7 seconds, well maybe 8 seconds, still very quick though. The double sided printing is also snappy and good quality on the "standard" setting with no ink bleeding on text or graphics or printing showing through to the opposite side of the paper. Another important feature for me was the single pass double sided scanning. It was very quiet and quick with 40 scanned colour pages (20 double sided pages) completed in just under 2 minutes. Initially I was concerned about some skewing of the images as they went through the machine, but I discovered that the paper guides hadn't been set properly. I repeated the test with the paper guides set and there was no skewing of the paper at all, the 300 dpi colour scans were great quality and pages moved through the machine just as quickly as the 200 dpi colour scans. So far we are very happy with the new multifunction Canon MB5360, even though we won't use all its features and connectivity, it seems like a great machine for our office. Highly recommended for a small networked office. In addition to an excellent printer, ink depot's service is absolutely spot on… Ordered Friday, delivered Monday!
