Ordered one day and it was delivered the next! Great service.

The product I wanted, at a good price, topped off with speedy delivery.

I placed my order online and five working days later it was delivered to me in rural NSW. I cartridge will be getting all my business in future.

Well ordered 3 toner cartriges and received them very quickly. When I installed the first cartridge I got covered by black toner powder, the cartridge was leaking heavily. I called ink depot and explained by scanning a page that had streaked all over it and was told if I wanted a replacement or a refund for the cartridge. I selected a replacement. I will keep an eye out for the replacement. O.T Baggio

Good prompt delivery but i was looking for a product i had not bought before. The details were there, but a picture of a cardboard box was not helpful. I ended up checking another website that had the details as well a picture of the actual product before i bought it

Anytime I order anything it always turns up the next day in perfect order. I would recommend Ink Depot to anyone looking for ink or toner. So far they are the only things I have ordered from them, but I wouldn't hesitate in ordering any of their other products knowing that they would arrive quickly and in good order.

Terrific service and quality toner received thanks,. Could not believe that I rang at 4 pm one afternoon and ordered and paid for toner for Samsung printer. On my doorstep at 10.30 am next day ! Brilliant. Definitely use again.
