I was under the impressio that I had ordered a black tonner cartridge for the Brother MFC L3750CDW. Instead I received a cartridge with no toner in it. not sure how I coukd use it. Can I send it back and get a cartridge with black toner in it? Thanks

The toner came in record time. Bought them at night before bed, they arrived the next morning. How is that possible?! Just fantastic. The genuine toner I bought worked perfectly. I have found the staff SO VERY helpful, as I have found, that finding the exact things I need, for my exact printer, a bit tricky on the site, but the support staff have been so patient and helpful.
