1. Keep and operate the printer in the right environment, that is, a dry place with temperature not exceeding 15 - 30°C and humidity should not exceed 10 – 80 percent.
2. Use only the ink cartridges provided along with the printer and purchase the same genuine inks afterwards. A few printer functions might not be optimal if other ink cartridges are used.
3. Use high-speed internet or Wi-Fi for good speed and smooth operation of the printer.
4. While the printer supports borderless printing, first check with the user manual to find if it supports the paper type and size you want to print before using the feature.
Canon’s Replacement Promise
If you find that your Canon ts5160 is defective or not functioning as mentioned in the manual, within 12 months of purchase, Canon offer a replacement guarantee. You will get the same or equivalent model, in case the originally purchased model in no longer in the market. This replacement guarantee does not hold if damages have been inflicted by the user or external factors.
